Toilet paper.

Also even though I don't smoke I carry 2 cigarette lighters in the boat.

1 can of true fuel just in case.

It amazes me how many boats I've been in with no toilet paper. I have 2 rolls in separate compartments in case one gets wet.
Y'all nasty.

I would add some type of signal mirror, nothing is as bright as the sun reflected in a mirror. I carried a old CD/DVD in my flight bag, nice mirror surface, unbreakable, weighs nothing.
