What Loup posted. If that doesn’t work, Texas rig craws or matrix shad with this underspin seems to work well:

It doesn't matter that much if they're eating, but I typically stick with a matrix shad in a color I can see well rigged weedless on a weighted shank hook. Redfish aren't really picky. If they're acting weird then I'll throw a natural colored crawfish. If they turn that down they're probably not going to eat.

White craw texas rigged. Great for you to see it in the water. Gold spoon is good too.

This. They usually eating or not. If yeah not biting well I go for a pinkish clear color. That seems to turn some heads

It really depends on the day. Some days they want a spoon. Some days a crawfish, or a weed less fluke. Sometimes a spinner bait. Just throw till they start slamming what you throw and make that your go to that day

Matrix Craw white or galaxy with a weedless setup.

Spoons if there is a lot of grass. Cocahoe spinner otherwise. Definitely some other things I'd throw if those don't work, but those were far and away always the first thing I tried (I moved about 7 years ago and had to sell my boat, so admittedly out of practice)

Gold spoon for reds silver for trout and reds.
Some type of gulp on a jighead, a scented fluke with no weight or light weight(I have been crushing it with a black back white belly fluke, inline 1/0 gmakatsu hook, and a small I think 1/16 or so pegged bullet weight. Enough weight to have it sink a little bit not enough to make it jerk anyway but pretty erratically)

Some time of creature bait like a Matrix Craw, or a Chatter bait.
