I have a Winco 1/4" thick aluminum. Makes a great gumbo.

20 Quart Winco this should still fit on a stove top.

What's significant about the "Sidney"? I have a roaster, but I'll have to check to see if it has that on the bottom.

Some of the newer pots are made in china and are not as built as well.

The original factory was in Sidney, Ohio it’s been closed for decades. Someone bought the name and is now getting them produced in China (sold Sams/ Wally World)
The current quality cannot come close to the original.
Either had to be lucky enough to get them handed down or find some in garage sales
