I sent an email about not getting free shipping (I knew couldn’t get free shipping with discount codes but tried anyways and got a response saying “ Hi Michael,

I ordered last night about 3rd qtr of the bammer game. Never got an email confirmation. Emailed company this morning with my order number and got something back saying, "Yes its a legitimate order. We have received it. Once it ships out it will be 2-3 days."...charge still shows pending on bank account...
Eta: honestly the website was slow as shite when I was on it last night. Had to be the entire OB on it at once. Maybe they got overwhelmed.

I called them to check to make sure the promo code worked because i never got confirmation email.
Lady said that it went through and Promo code was right, but that system was probably over loaded with so many ppl buying things, and thats why confirmations prob didnt get sent.

As for leaking, every pair of every company's waders I have ever used leak along the dang seam. At least Banded will send you new pair, and from what ive seen—their customer service is awesome.
