AR Trigger Recommendations

I want to replace the stock trigger in my AR with a nice trigger. I have looked at Geissele and Larue but there are way too many options.
It's set up for fast and short range shooting. What kind of trigger should i get?

Ruger started making one last year. Got the 1:4. Very nice and affordable.

Sd3g here... And absolutely love it. Also have a Hiperfire 24c and a Timney comp. Of all three the Geissele is my favorite.

I went a different route. I bought a spikes enhanced lpk. It's Nikel boron coated and smooth as shite. I then threw in a jp enterprises reduce Springs kit for a 3# no creep single stage trigger.
I have an alg in my Bulgarian krinkov and it's finer than frog hair. I mean beautiful.
I then got a alg for another AR lower, it's shite. I ordered jp Springs to help, it's still shite.
So, if you have a lpk, get a geissele. If not, get a spikes enhanced. It comes with anti rotation pins, a ergo grip, and Nickel coated hammer and trigger. Great package. Throw a jp spring kit and you're still less invested than a geissele.

The Larue $125 deal is hard to pass up and I think the way to go unless you can't live without it for a while. My last order for 4 took 3+ months to deliver but damn those are nice triggers.

For right around $100 it's hard to beat the Rock River National Match 2-stage. I've been running one for years in one of my lowers and it has yet to miss a beat.
