Anyone with a Traeger (or pellet) grill, how long do the pellets last?

Me and the FIL are standing around talking about these grills and I’m just curious how long you can go on say a 20# bag.

Is it pretty comparable to charcoal?

I use mine about 4 days a week. Usually get id say 6-8 cooks on a 20# bag of pellets. I wanna say it burns about 1.5lb per hour.

Really depends on if you’re using high heat to grill or if you’re using it as a smoker.

I have a MAK and it uses about 1/2 lb/hr on smoke (160°) and 2 lb/hr on high (450°).
