I have a lynx 12 and so far it’s been pretty fun. There are a few modifications you’ll want to end up making, like adding a muzzle break and upgrading the gas plug, but I have had it cycle everything, but I could just be lucky and got a good one. The finish is pretty shite and will rust rather quickly so you may want to get it re-finished with a decent cerakote job.

No experience with it, but which ones did you find unreliable? Local shop has some cool looking ones that aren't super expensive and always wondered if it would be a waste of money as they look like a lot of fun. Don't remember the brands of these.

Thanks. Now that I think about it, I think the one I was looking at was Century but there were def a few with names I didn't recognize. They look extremely fun to plink with but good to know before hand about reliability issues. Thanks.
