If not, I'm going to buy brisket and grind it all myself. TIA

Following....I decided I'm using Wayne Jacobs in Laplace, but you have to wait and bring it in January or later. They don't do deer until after the Holidays.

This.
Invest in a grinder, doesn't even have to be a good one, and a sausage stuffer.

I did three deer a year for 12 years with a China brand I got off of ebay until my neighbor broke it.
Got another one, and still process three deer per year at home on the kitchen table

Deer Depot has closed. If they were still up, but I wouldn’t bring deer to them anyway as the last one I brought to them was awful.

It was, but he sold it. The new owners lasted two seasons and folded.

Chris’ specialty meats is my choice. They are 1.50/lb for burger grind (pork and beef mixed in) and vacuum sealed one lb flat bags.

That’s a great deal iyam.

They ship it to process in Baton Rouge from the Nola location. Ships every day. Two week wait.

Fitz-Lee’s in independence

It’s a little ride but well worth the trip. They also sell other products out of their store front. Great people and a great place. Y’all give them a shot

I’ve always seen that place in Raceland and wondered about them.
