Not with a republican house for the next two years and 1/3 of the senate up for reelection in two years. After obama care got passed theres no Democrats willing to fall on the sword for Obama. Most of the liberal states already have them banned.

We'll see. I'm skeptical that will happen. Barring another event I think the likelihood gets less and less the more time passes.
Obama had a Democrat controlled Congress for 2 years and nothing was passed.
