I already have a '78 model in blue, and the new one's are in stainless. I've really wanted one of the new ones since they came out.
$1899 + 7.5% sales tax...
I'm having trouble talking myself out of it. It's not practical. It's one of those "investment" purchases.

Gamble if you are using for investment purposes... there are much better things to get into that have a finite supply in the gun world.

Pretty sure we had them cheaper at Bowie when I worked there.

Might want to give Exile a call in Alabama. Amber has amazing prices and you don't pay tax just shipping.

If you are looking for a “investment” gun ever here of a Manurhin MR73? It’s a 357 magnum that was designed for the French antiterrorist units in the 70s. Beretta sells them now but they are expensive 3300.00 dollars they are gorgeous though.
Good review and overview of the gun

I'll take a 6 inch, stainless Ruger GP-100 over both of them.
