2020 shot show and new guns
Was reading the thread on the colt python as well as the new ruger and decided to go and look at some other manufacturers and saw several new products already out there.
Would have linked but not able to link with work Wi-Fi. So figured some of you ol baws would.
Just from what I saw.
Bergara has a new rifle that looks nice, fluted b14 in several of the new “cool” calibers 6.5 prc and some Nosler calibers.

Savage has a 110 with a carbon barrel.
Also a 1500$ auto loader from savage.
Anyone else seeing some new stuff out yet?

I got a Browning email with some new long range bolt actions. I really like some of what they have right now.

I'm still hoping and wishing for a new synthetic A5 in 20ga. I've been hammering their social media about one for a few years

I really like what I'm seeing out of Bergara now with the exception of them going away from the 280AI. My Highlander in 280AI quickly became my favorite rifle I have ever owned

I've seen some photos of some new versions of the T3x from Tikka as well with fluted bolts, cerakote, and stock color options

Man that new Python looks sweet. $1499.99 MSRP and going for much more than that on Gunbroker. I wonder what the price comes down to once the feeding frenzy is over. Probably still over 1k.

Watch Hickok45’s review before you buy one.

Shoddy finish work, particularly on the muzzle area. Also, Hickok’s wouldn’t fricking fire on several occasions.......

Yea i'm kinda over these new designer type gun calibers and options in a way. Every time a new one shows up where i'm hunting, at a range, or lodge, all I can think of is a bunch of basic white chicks walking through the mall with fake LV and Gucci purses and gear. Even some of the newer Boyds gun stock options have reached "man bun and skinny jean" status.

That’s a hot .277.

Saw that. It is blistering with speed
If I remember right it’s pushing 150gr bullet 3300+fps

Have seen on Instagram a couple of high end .22 bolt actions.
Zermatt Arms (was Bighorn) and Ultimatum precision are two that I saw.

Every year I hope H&R would announce the re-introduction of the 300BO handi rifle and every year I am disappointed.

Biggest thing with the 277 is the 0% aftermarket support.

Maybe this will usher the bullet guys to make some more 277 stuff.

Pretty sure they are already shipping?

With the 22 nrl picking up speed the high end 22 bolt gun market is gonna be a thing this year. Lots of actions coming out, bergara, Christensen and some others marking factory guns, chassis companies putting out stocks (krg new stuff is nice for the $$).

I’m more excited about the advances and offerings in the optics world. Gun stuff is by in large trending more toward the eff bois.

Zermatt/Bighorn has their RimX action
Ultimatum just announced their action/barreled actions.

Should be some other cool things come out for the rimfire crowd.
