Sure would like to see it run b4 buying. But, could be only a cdi box, kill switch, ground issue, stator.......

that depends on condition... But if it's in good shape, oil is clean, and has compression: easy fix

Carry you a compression tester, it's a small spark plug so make sure you have adapters. Look at the plug while you have it out, oily/greasy I'd walk, black is lots of times gas fouling, and a light grey/tan should be a good engine.
