Well there it is. Dude went back. Saw the carnage. Got in the van and drove like his life depended on it because apparently it sure as shite did.
Sounds like some straight up No Country for Old Men Type shite happening in the Tetons.

My bad! The murdered ladies happened on the 18th. A full week before the pair in question were last seen alive and it happened in Moab. effing true crime, man. Replied to our fearless leader below. My apologies!

Last physically seen on 8/25 (on cctv in a hotel on 8/24)
BF checked out with her that same day from the hotel.
BF did not have his own cell.
Her spotify last downloaded a song on 9/1 which was way different from everything up to the weeks leading up to that, genre wise.
Van life folks also say the tetons were an absolute zoo around that time. Also a rumor she was spotted in Indiana AFTER she was reported missing by mom.
Two women were killed 8/18 in a Moab Campsite.

This must have been released today. Watched the police chiefs press conference this morning where he finally called the boyfriend a person of interest.
No matter what happened to her, this guy drive all the way home to florida and contacted an attorney instead of the police. He’s never spoken to the police or said where he last saw her. How cold can you be to not even say where you last saw her?
