yep, and in that area, she could easily get consumed by predators in a few days time.

They also need to find the body soon, it won’t be too long before everything is covered in snow

And if he did kill her, that's what he's hoping happens. It will turn into a Natalie Holloway story.

No one is discussing the trial or a trial.

This is the court of public opinion. 100% of normal people would tell someone if she was just missing.

She isn't just missing. I have no idea if he will get convicted or not, but something is definitely nefarious here.

Sadly it doesn’t seem they will find her alive. If she was with other people, she would’ve reached out to family by now. She is a YouTuber after all.

I hope they find her body so the family can somehow find peace. Would love to hear more details of their interaction with the cops.

Is it really her vehicle? If you return home to Florida from Wyoming in someone else's vehicle without them and clam up, there's likely something you will be charged of if not just criminal mischief, Providing False information to Police, etc.

ETA: If anything, is it not Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle? If it was her car, she has been missing, and he drove it 1000s of miles without her? Certainly they should at least arrest his arse for it.

I've watched a few of these "van life" Youtube series. What usually happens is an attractive attention whore girl decides she wants to travel the country and video or vlog herself in all of the most Instagrammable places, instead of working a real job. Husband/boyfriend is usually a cuck who outkicked his coverage in the girlfriend department so he plays along to keep her happy. Plus, he gets to do outdoorsy stuff while she preens herself for posing in front of national landmarks.

I don't know anything about this couple, but what usually happens is the girl buys a used cargo van and the husband puts in a bunch of time, money and energy renovating it into a micro-camper. It's kind of a 50-50 deal and the renovations and additional materials usually cost just as much, if not more, than the van itself. The girl can't do the handy work required, so she films herself while the chump toils away for months adding insulation, fixtures, battery wiring, water storage, etc. It's a lot more than just a mattress in the back of a van.

I don't know what the legal standards are but that would make a charge of vehicle theft fuzzy, since he might have invested a lot of his own money and was an authorized driver.

Yeah no shite

His lawyer likely explained that this was going to be the case for him but the second she was missing and he refused to talk and immediately lawyered up, he was going to be a suspect in her disappearance.

If he TRULY had nothing to do with her going missing, he would have cooperated and been desperate to help find her and find out what happened.

He obviously had something to do with her going missing/death.

Unless she's passed out in some drug den doing crack and heroin, she's a youtuber that was likely never without her phone...she's dead.

I skimmed a couple of pages of this thread before but after seeing the updates on the news this morning this story is blowing up. Sounds like he just got rid of her one way or another, hid her body somewhere in the middle of nowhere, then lawyered up and is willing to risk charges and trial with the defense of no body/proof of death. And like others have said if I'm that girl's father I'm probably going to end up pulling a Hugh Jackman in Prisoners

If this were my son, I'd kick his arse.

This sounds like affluenza. Both parties were probably on allowances.

I think most people are defending it from a legal perspective. It’s absolutely the right thing to do legally.

Here's the rub. If she's missing, he has nothing to hide and at least should tell his lawyer.

Sure, shitty cons are going to lie and cover up. I get that.

All indications are he's guilty of something nefarious.
