Bare titties in your immediate vicinity is never a bad thing. In fact, I’d hazard a guess that it can only help.

most are trashy, but when they're done right. they're done right.

quote:
not a woman that's already have 40 men plow through her.
You’re a 40 year old contemplating banging a stripper because you’re addicted to porn, overweight, and have ED and at the same time you have an attitude of “I deserve a young 20 something woman in her prime with a low body count”.
You need to do some introspection and spend some time in prayer getting in touch with God and making some life style changes to improve yourself. Go to church if you aren’t already and take it seriously. Stop drinking or doing any drugs for a while and confront your feelings. Clean up your diet and add a little exercise to your life. Get your own house in order and your life ordered correctly and the rest will work out.
Continue to be a disordered mess doing nothing but wishing for more or pretending tomorrow will be different without effort and you’ll just continue to slide more into depression, misery, and suffering.
If you find yourself in a hole, continuing to dig is not going to get you out of it. Take some time to think about what you need instead of what you want and write down an action plan. Write down your goal whether it’s finding God, weight loss or a new job or stop drinking or make new friends or whatever it is, write it down and then write out a 1,10,30,90 day action plan with clear steps. And then take the first step toward true change for the better in your life. One day you’ll look back and either realize you were just going through a tough time or regret forever that you never took that step. It sounds hard but changing your life is like kickstarting an avalanche. The smallest forward momentum can have huge waves down the line and that works for both positive and negative changes.
Good luck man. I’ll be praying for you to find true happiness not just a fleeting temporary shelter from self inflicted misery.

Strip clubs are incredibly trashy IMO. Even in college I hated going

Yep. I felt the same way. I went a couple of times with drunk buddies on my 20s, but it always felt greasy and sleepy. Such a waste of money. I'd tip occasionally if the dancer on stage was actually really attractive but otherwise I just don't have any desire to go to them. Go meet a real woman.

Have you ever thought about asking a real person out if you get lonely?
