Buddy, this is an easy one. Clean up your diet. Do you smoke? Quit. Cut out all alcohol. Work out six days per week - three cardios and three days of weights. If you are not already, start taking creatine, vitamin D and calcium.
If you are not willing to pay this price then resign yourself to fading away. If you do what I’m suggesting (other posters might have a few more good ideas for vitamins and supplements), and stay away from doctors, you’ll be back in three months.

Sometimes a waste of money, sometimes worth it.
The time I bought a 300 dollar 30 minute vip room dance which came with a bottle of champagne, the girl gave me a bump of coke and put a condom on me and rode my dick the whole time was worth the money.

I’ve only been to 2 strip clubs. One was Toppers in Athens and the other Claremont Lounge in Atlanta. Both were ratchet af. Probably why I’m so jaded but also what’s saved me from paying money to get blue balls from mangy whoores.
