dude he posted that yeti hadn’t made a statement so I pasted the yeti statement from a few pages back. I’m not sure why you are coming after my post, I literally said nothing in it.

Eh, looks like yeti was getting lukewarm and this is a play to show the power of their membership.

“You don’t want to enthusiastically support us, fine. Let’s see who will.”

I mean, NRA members and supporters have probably been the biggest yeti proponents and buyers.

This is sacrificing a dollar to save a dime.

I just realized who I’m talking to, always seeking out confrontation. I apologize for trying to progress the thread by posting a yeti statement, I didn’t realize it would upset people because it wasn’t public

Not even close.

West coast hiking types (what this board would call liberal SJWs) by far spend more on Yeti

The NRA has way to much power in this country. I really don’t get it.

Yeah, same thing with the ACLU. Those guys run around suing people just for trying to make porn illegal or teaching the Bible in public school. What gives?

We don't need those weapons of war on our streets and we don't need women, blacks, or gays voting. Common sense. /s

I say this from a business perspective, but I don't know why any company would associate themselves with the NRA unless they are a gun company.

Take Yeti for example, how many people knew that Yeti was associated with the NRA? I am sure not that many, but if you are associated with them and then decide to not associate with them then it becomes a story and then all of a sudden you have the NRA supporters getting all upset.

But I guess, on the other hand, being a corporate associate, it does come with marketing opportunities. Either way, the NRA has 5M members, which is less than 1% of the population in the US so the number of people that really care about this is really insignificant.

Show me those numbers.

So you’re telling me that hunters and fisherman and outdoorsmen make up less of yeti’s traditional market than some granola eaters?

Dude, you are being difficult

THe posters only single point was Yeti didnt publicly go after guns with an SJW marketing campaign. That was it

So your post of a private message supporting the NRA and gunowners really doesnt refute that or need to be posted in response to him

It isnt a big deal, I was just pointing that out

I am telling you i think there are more Yeti products sold to the west coast outdoors type (hikers, fly fisherman, etc) that the southern baws

I have no evidence besides my anecdotal evidence and opinion. But that is the same evidence those who think opposite of me have

You have about as much business perspective as a dried up turd on the side of the road.

I’m just copying and pasting previous posts in the thread. Don’t have any sources and don’t know where they came from. Honestly, I have RTIC coolers and love them, I could give a frick what the high end ice chest company feels about the 2nd amendment.

Stop vibing me bro

I won a big one in an office dirty Santa but will admit I sheepishly paid $100 for one of the 20 quarts.

Not that RTIC is reasonable pricing but they aren’t close to the Yeti level. It blows my mind that people have paid for a 5 gallon drum
