most of us have heard at least once in our lives that it is sometimes better to just keep your damn mouth shut
well, as we all know, not everyone follows that advice as often as they should
Christopher Spaulding noticed an interesting article of facebook from the Sherriff's office, and...

Man with warrants arrested after Facebook comment
quote:
A Georgia man’s comment on a sheriff’s office’s Facebook post helped to get him arrested just days later.
When the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office posted its “Most Wanted” list Monday on Facebook, it caught the eye of Christopher Spaulding.
“How about me?” he commented on the post.
The sheriff’s office saw Spaulding’s comment and confirmed he had two outstanding warrants.
“We are on the way,” the sheriff’s office replied.

Saw that on the news last night here and laughed my arse off.
The Sheriffs office then went on to invite anyone to call 24/7 to check and see if they had warrant out for their arrest
PS - I think his warrants were for probation violation

Talked to a guy in a hospital in Shreveport who had been shot. I asked what happened and he said a young black guy walked up to him and pulled a gun to rob him. He said "And I said if you are going to pull a gun on some one you should be ready to use it and then he shot me. I guess I shouldn't have said that."

Telling a black person that in 2022 is about as dumb of a thing as you can do.
