You mean like how FFA licensing is required for drones yet drones are flying all over the place in metro areas by unlicensed operators.
Kind of like how guns aren’t allowed in big Democrat run cities but guns are everywhere there.

You can get away with that with an inconspicuous thing like a little drone, which could hover over my back yard without being noticed. This thing is going to sound like a weedeater, and it will blow your hat off. I don’t think you will see these like drones. I think they will be more like ultralights, which you see sometimes out over the lake but not over your house.
