WWE Monday Night Raw Thread: Extreme Rules Go Home Edition

WWE Extreme Rules is Saturday night. I will be working a football game when it starts and then driving back home for the rest of the show... so while I may start the thread (to be determined on that part) I will not be a part of the thread once the show begins.

Max Dupri's name has reportedly been changed back to his NXT character name, L.A. Knight, on WWE's internal documents... confirming what we all expected after Friday's Maximum Male Models segment. Sadly... I guess that means the juices of G's guilty pleasures will no longer be titillated... sorry G.

And speaking of WWE name changes... Gunther is now going all caps for GUNTHER from now on. While not a return to WALTER... it is an homage to his old name/gimmick.

WWE Monday Night Raw... the go home edition for Extreme Rules... comes from the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn.

In a good ole fashioned WWE contract signing segment... Bianca Belair & Bayley sign the contract for their match on Saturday. Surely they will act all lady-like and not allow it to devolve in a gigantic brawl

There better be a DQ in St. Paul b/c AJ Styles is going to have to carry disgruntled dad Rey Mysterio, Jr. in a tag team match tonight against The Judgment Day. Doesn't AJ see that Finn just wants his Bullet Club friend back?

Matt Riddle & Seth Rollins have a 'Come to Jesus' moment tonight before their Fight Pit match Saturday. Has either of them contracted the services of WWE Fight Pit master Timothy Thatcher yet?

Twin Cities native & American Olympic hero Chad Gable will get these hands from the monster among monsters Braun Strowman.

And speaking of Alpha Academy... the Academy's tree truck, Otis, takes on the Rebel Heart himself... "Johnny Wrestling" Johnny Gargano.

And the lady of the Gargano household will also be in action this evening as the "Poison Pixie" Candice LeRae takes on Dakota Kai of Damage CTRL.

The Gargano couple should probably get some counseling
