Your apartment's parking lot?
I don't mean pushups and situps, I mean full blown mat, step platform, barbell with 2 45's and a 35 on each side etc

Only when surrounded by my homies. I would need a spotter, a rapper, a few bros dancing with guns and one to slather $ all over me after I was finished working out and had stripped down to my boxers.

That's what I thought too but a neighbor (I guess) is out there going strong for an hour now. The UREC is right down the road, I guess it was too far of a drive. Dude's been carrying this stuff around in his car or lugging it down from his apartment.

I've worked out in a parking lot before, but dumbbells weren't involved. In retrospect they might have been.
