According to his LinkedIn page, Richie Fletcher works as a dealer manager at Memphis Boat Center, a position he has held for over a year. Before that, he worked as a project manager for Memphis Millwork, as a maintenance mechanic for a marine company, as a crossfit coach, as a project consultant for an environmental company, and as a barista.
Guy from lower status marries rich girl, her family doesn't accept him, he gets resentful, marriage starts going bad, he sees the end of the gravy train coming, does something stupid.

Bunch of random jobs, apparently arrested multiple times for public drunkenness and dui, sounds like a total loser. She chose a spouse that was clearly beneath her.

They aren’t the type to look down or care about that status at all

South of the spot is “green,” north of the spot is “orange” and it’s just east of a “red” area.
Hoodrats have cars and go to nicer areas all of the time for property theft.
I grew up 5 minutes away from where this happened. We had a white couple jogging in front of our house at 9PM who got mugged and the husband was pistol whipped (around 1998).

Fletcher's husband, Richard Fletcher III, was outside his family's Memphis home Saturday morning with several other people.
Fletcher III initially reported his wife missing Friday morning around 7:45 a.m. when she never returned from her run.
Updated OP.
Thought this was interesting. Does this seem like a longer time than normal to report someone missing? I'd imagine she was a stickler to a schedule and would return from her early morning runs at a out the same time every day. I'd imagine she would have been back no later than 5:30 or so.

However, later on Friday evening, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released updated vehicle information, saying it was a dark-colored GMC Terrain.

Makes sense the husband retained counsel, even if he didn’t do it. I’m sure husbands are the first suspect in something like this.

He easily could have not yet been awake since she was out running at 4am

Police and media are lazy. They will go after the easiest suspect, which is the husband. If the police can put together any kind of case against the husband they will, whether he did it or not.

Guessing she was an early riser and liked working out before work. What does it matter what time she was jogging?
Posted on 9/3/22 at 4:52 pm to Ed Osteen
I mean at this point it’s clear the husband didn’t do it. Only way to somewhat point the finger at him still is if he hired a hit man which seems a little much

If she was training for a marathon or simply wanted to run 10 miles, then that can take a couple of hours. It’s not unusual at all for serious joggers to start their day before 5:00 am.
