I’ve got a feeder, suet & a bird bath. So far this month I’ve seen the resident cardinals titmouse chickadees cat bird warblers wrens a effing crow and a hairy woodpecker. Saw a red breasted hawk perched outside looking for tree rats today. Haven’t seen any blue jays recently.

Warblers are the cutest little birds and for a tiny bird like a wren they sure are loud when they sing.

Went walking in the snow yesterday so decided to carry the camera. Birds are very active in the snow it seems.

Have y’all noticed all the Mexican Whistling Ducks on the LSU Lakes? There are 1000’s of them. Illegal immigrants? Anybody got a recipe for them?
