Why don’t people from the communitah carry IDs on them

At Total Wine & More, they are more strict about asking for IDs and they always hold up the lines because dey don’t have their ID on them mane. Who the frick goes in a liquor store and acts shocked when they ask for ID!

Because they assume the cashier can tell that someone obviously over the age of 21 is of age and they won’t need to show ID.

Because we’re used to not getting ID we’re old , but it’s a holiday weekend you’ll have that, also most retailers are still on high alert from prom season when the agents are out.

Are you saying that their are black people who go to total wine and more who don't bring their ID so when they ask for them it becomes a waste of time because they don't have their ID and they can't check out or waste time trying to talk their way out of not having to show their ID?

ID's are freely available from multiple govt sources. You should need them for buying wine, and voting.
