Not saying men don’t get fricked in divorce court, but the facts in your OP are not correct. The video says he pays $481/month or $5,772 a year. He’s almost 100K in arrears cause he hasn’t paid anything.

I dunno man. There are so many threads on here where dudes are hard legging over some straight up vile women (yeah she’s a married child predator and serial liar but wood cause she probably cleans up nicely). Maybe some of that is in jest but I'm certain that we have some really bad decision making happening on men’s part.

You want to ask , 'Is it that fricking hard to figure out?', but young men these day are dealing with issues older men never had to deal with when we were younger. Feminism and progressive ideals have fricked over everyone.

These numbers literally do not work out

Having a kid is expensive whether you have child support or not.

That being said your point has merit in that marriage is 100% set to screw over the man more than the woman.

Especially if the woman already has a kid or if there are no kids.

Misinformation, unreal expectations and selfishness.

Nearly 6 in 10 adults say they can purchase joy, including 72% of millennials and 67% of Generation Z, according to a survey released Monday by Empower, a Colorado-based financial services firm. Respondents set the average price of happiness at $1.2 million in net worth.

The median U.S. household income is about $74,000 a year, but respondents on average said they would need $284,167 a year to be happy.

Because women have the children full time when the husband divorces her.

Birth rates are inversely related to economic success.

Poorer people - more kids
Richer people - less kids
Poorer countries - higher birth rates
Richer countries - lower birth rates

Daycare costs. If you have more than 2, most incomes can not keep up.

A generation ago, women would LOVE this arrangement.

That's what's funny about the posters bitching about women/marriage. This guy was abusive and that's why the marriage/relationship ended. Since then he's been a deadbeat that hasn't paid child support, yet this woman is still saying what the court is asking him to pay is too high.

Birthrates trend down as people are "richer". It's not an expense problem; it's a choice in lifestyle.

kind of a retarded study. Of course people at different stages of their life are going to have drastically different numbers to achieve "happiness "

less than 4% of Zoomers are married, that number will go up in the next few years as they get into marriage, daycare and home-purchasing age.

booms are mostly in retirement and Gen X is approaching the stage of their kids off of the payroll

Millennials can be a whiny bunch but if some pollster called me and asked me what i would need to be "happy", I would give some insane number. All it takes is one look at my monthly daycare bill to figure out why

So many women wouldn’t get divorced to get that check if we sent all divorced women to the convent where they belong

I'd say requiring 500k a year to be 'happy" is retarded.

Millennials seem to be the most delusional of generations. Buy a long shot.
