Not sure what those cost per person, but after a little search I found an 8 day round trip from New Orleans to Memphis and back with stops at Nottaway Plantation, Baton Rouge, New Roads Landing, Natchez and Vicksburg.
Cost of an interior room for 2 is $2200 per person, Riverview is $3600 per person, Balcony is $3800 per person and Suite is $4300 per person. That's a pretty hefty price tag although pretty inclusive with meals, open bar, in room dining, nightly entertainment, etc.
