I had dinner in Vegas with Hulk Hogan in 97.

I pulled over Steven Spielberg in Barstow, California, while I was a Marine MP (also 97).

Shaq, Jimbo Fisher, Marcus Thames, Deuce McAllister, Luke Bryan, Mystikal, Saban, a few wrestlers. Fisher was probably one of the nicest “famous” people I’ve met.

I see him at least once a year. He’s a good guy and very under the radar when in public

Met many and it depends on the circumstances.
Mark Cuban made me feel like he was lucky to me meet me. It’s his stick.
Robin Roberts was very gracious and completely hounded by fans 24/7
Dick Vitale I met twice and was very aloof at best. He’s just awkward.
Arnold Palmer was awesome. I didn’t ask but he signed a golf ball for me on like 3 seconds. You can make out every letter on the ball.
Donald Sutherland was sort of keep your distance.
Jerome Bettis and Willie Parker went pretty far out of their way to help me out at one point when I didn’t know them.
Lady Bird Johnson acted like I should bow in her presence.
Politicians like Doug Jones are always nice, they’re running for office.

Also, met Peyton Manning way back when he played for Tennessee. Got him to sign a football. It's one of my prized possessions.

Also met John Grisham and he signed my copy of The Firm back in the day.

Never got to meet Tom Clancey. But I do have an autographed copy of Hunt for Red October.

Don't think I've ever met anyone the the general public would find famous.

Adam Carolla followed me on Twitter, so I have that going for me.

Wow! He would have been up there, on my list of who I'd have liked to shake hands with.

John Wayne was another. My uncle did get to meet the Duke while he was filming a movie around this area, once. Before my time.

My mom was William Holden's RN when he was hospitalized while filming in the BR area, once. She also happened to be one of his biggest fans.
He was pretty bad off with the flu, I believe....
