Who all sleeps with a fan on next to them?

Been doing this forever, but starting to think it's making me feel like crap. Fan is clean, but have been having a sore throat, sore neck, and feeling miserable. Google tells me enough that the fan is likely the culprit.

Whenever I go to sleep with the air conditioner or a fan on I always have a sore throat when I wake up. So, I avoid both. It has to be real hot for me to turn the air on at night.

You shouldn’t sleep with a fan on you. It increases the chance of having Bells Palsy. Trust me- that’s not fun.

I do believe I read it raises blood pressure. I do use an air purifier on low setting. I can't have blasting noise, would be too worried about not hearing someone break in. I've got little faith my pampered dogs would cause much of a stir.

I sleep with a 56“ inch ceiling fan on high 365 days per year. I can't sleep without the wind tunnel.

Just face the fan away from you so you still have the noise and see if your condition improves.

You are snoring. It ain’t the fan. Also, get an air purifier. Your fan may be clean l, but the air in your room isn’t. We got a rainbow vacuum and haven’t been sick since.

We have 3 Dohm sound machines, sounds like a fan/white noise combo. Highly recommend

Yes, but have a box fan next to my bed. I know, trashy, but besides the sickness, nothing more glorious than being naked with a fan by my side and ceiling fan going.

It probably has absolutely nothing to do with your fan. Especially if google says it does.
