Fresh pair in morning. Fresh pair at night to sleep in. Some of them nasty people just turn them inside out and wear them two days in a row.

It depends on sweat activity and body odor. Different conditions can make it necessary or unnecessary to change pairs more often.

I mean I have before. Hunting, fishing, camping trips but two days max. After that I have have to wash my crack and get a clean pair I don’t care if it’s in a creek.
