Which City's Mayor is most disliked: N.O. or Shreveport ?

If you live in either city, I guess you would pick your own, but WOW! Both of these Mayors have people ready to burn down City Hall and neither seems to care.

I don't know too much about Perkins but AFAIK he's not galavanting all over the world on first class tickets.

Shreveport’s mayor is in the middle of a re-election campaign. Check back in a couple of months to see if he gets re-elected. Teedy can’t be too hated if she coasted to re-election.
Both mayors are drunks that are frequently seen out at restaurants and bars. Both frequently travel out of town. The difference is that Teedy seeks the spotlight and is proactive in destroying her city.
Shreveport’s mayor disappears for long stretches either on benders or vacations. He’s done a lot of damage, but not as much as Teedy.

I live in Shreveport. Perkins is about as useless as a bag of dog shite on the Interstate. But he’s really not on any level near Destructor. What that woman in N.O. is doing to a world class city is freaking ridiculous. She’s even got us up here shaking our heads at what she’s doing to destroy NO and it’s reputation.

Perkins doesn't do press conferences drunk. Drives, absolutely.

Agree but there's more to it than that. Perkins dumped Tarver's daughter and started a whole fight. I dont think Tarver would run if he didn't think he could win but there's more to it than just that.

I still laugh that Perkins ran on the premise that he was going to bring tech companies to Shreveport hahahaha. I know a couple of business owners in Shreveport and they say it is impossible to find a qualified young person in that city.

I still laugh that Perkins ran and conned people into thinking he gave a crap about Shreveport. Was Mayor for barely a year and disappeared for almost a year when he was running for Congress or Senator or whatever he ran for. Came back here with his tail between his legs when he got drug in the election.
Then got pissy and defensive when he almost got disqualified for running for re-election because he screwed up his paperwork because cameras and light’s distracted him.

The SBC definitely lags behind other regions in this sector, but this statement is just plain ignorant.
If it’s impossible to find qualified people as you stated, Please tell me then, o wizard of smart why General Dynamics built a an Information system campus next door to BPCC in east bossier. Louisiana Tech offers degrees in Cyber Engineering too & one of the tops in cyber security now. Tech is also building a small sister facility right next door to General Dynamics.
