There are a ton of threads not involving political issues on the OT.
You are proposing censorship of viewpoints based solely on your opinion.
Besides, if you feel so strongly about it, there is a process in place.

The 2016 election definitely led to a lot more traffic on TD

Okay, I’ll admit that it’s pretty wild that that thread has been allowed to last...but all the more proof that the migration of political topics to other boards is out of control.

Yes. My poli views are usually in line with the majority. The problem is, people here want you to be strictly red (or blue), and if you have beliefs independent of either, it seems to confuse the aggressor. In that regard, this place can be just as bad as FB or Twitter.
