An interstate on ramp is an odd place for a fatality isn’t it? Trying to imagine how that would happen unless it was a pedestrian or something that happened farther up near the shoulder and they’re just blocking the on ramp to avoid traffic going through the accident scene.

I just passed by there and the wrecked car was f'd up BAD... front, back and top. Looks like they may have flipped off the overpass or something.
