For those who work 8-5 or in that ballpark throughout your typical work week, what time do you usually eat throughout the day?

I skip breakfast, but coffee when I get to work.
Eat a small lunch around noon.
And I’ll eat enough dinner for 3-4 small women around 6pm. It generally consists of a plate of food at 6 and then another plate at 7:30.

Does anybody emulate this weird schedule Ive been on for a couple years now? I eat healthy, home made meals throughout the week, but definitely hit the dinner hard. 99% of the time it’s no snacks throughout the day either.

I don’t eat breakfast and drink coffee from 6:30am until about 10am. I eat a normal sized lunch around 12-1pm, and dinner around 6 pm. Lunch is probably a bit smaller than dinner but not absurdly so. I also drink a ton of water because it makes me feel better.

Hard to fathom how this works. How can you ingest enough calories to keep up with any amount of activity? I would be in a terrible mood by lunch time.

Not that hard when your life doesn't revolve around food. If I don't play golf on Sundays I only eat dinner around 5 or 6

Seems like several of you folks practice intermittent fasting, or as we say in the country, skip breakfast.
