I'm going to have to look into this J. Wakefield you speak of.

He is in Florida and just started. I don't think he even has his own space yet, but is still brewing at Cigar City. But he has some serious hype right now. Good luck getting some

I can't get Jester King in Louisiana either. I have to rely on an elaborate network of bootleggers to get it across state lines (my cousins in Houston).

they just reworked their dark lager (Reasonably Corrupt) and it is good. Nice roasted coffee notes.

Southern Drawl is meh. But I'm not a lager guy. Some people really like it.

They have thier saison at the taproom now, and I tried it last week when it was uncarbonated, and it was really nice, so I imagine it will be even better carbonated

Their best beer is their Ermaghod Hops DIPA, but it isn't available right now.

Favorite Brewery: Founders

Favorite Beer Type: Stouts

Favorite Beers

Founder's Breakfast Stout LINK
Left Hand Milk Stout LINK
Great Divide Chocolate Yeti LINK
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout LINK

Just tried Goose Island Bourbon County Stout, and it was unreal. It's one of the best beers in the world, unfortunately also happens to be rare and $20 for a 4 pack LINK

If I'm watching football and downing between 9-12 beers, I go with miller lite LINK

I'm just a simple NWLA bumpkin! I drink Bud Light, Miller Light. I always try to drink a different draft when we are on vacation. I did like the Cane Break and friend brought up here. It was real good!

I'll have to look out for The Great Divide Yeti. Only one from that list I haven't had recently and I really like the others.

Around here it's available at whole foods, so that may be worth checking out if there's one in your area.
