What is your Child Owned Planned vs Actual?

How many children did you plan to have compared to how many you actually aquired?
I just want to own any at this point. Always wanted a good-sized family, 3+, but it doesn't seem like it is in the cards for me. I would be happy with 1 human child at this point.
Note: Biological, Adopted, Step Children all count.

I only own 1 child. I'm 33 and have been married for 8 years. We aren't sure how many we want to own yet (first child is only 6 weeks old), but this one was planned.
I'm in the boat of only wanting to own 1 child (not a hardline stance, but I think it would be better financially for us if we only own 1), my wife is kinda on the fence about more, but I think she want want to own 1 more.
