What does this mean?

When expressing your feelings turns into an argument but if you’re silent then you’re ‘mad for no reason’ so you’re always in a constant state of dissociation.

She’s pissed off that he doesn’t always agree with her feelings. It turns into an argument because he doesn’t support her and has differing opinions. She gets to where she doesn’t want to “share” her feelings with him because he doesn’t blindly nod and agree with her dumbass point of view.

She's saying she has feelings that 1) if she discusses, turns into an argument, or 2) she doesn't discuss, she bottles up her frustration. So she mentally disconnects from the problem altogether to prevent conflict which is ultimately mentally uncomfortable.
Sounds like they aren't compatible and should break up.

She’s accusing him of doing those things?
Who cares what it means?
What I see is the same thing your son’s girlfriend feels when having a conversation with him. She expresses her feelings, and he reacts with a lack of emotional control. He is implying his weak frame that is shaken by her being in a state of disequilibrium. He should work on himself.
If she’s silent and being accused of “being mad for no reason,” then he is thinking like a woman by trying to make inferences that don’t matter. This is a major turnoff for her.
Come on, man. Be a good dad and teach your boy some masculinity.
