Should I just buy led full replacements and be done with it?

The seals are eroded away. Drill a little hole in the bottom to let the water drain out.

Probably from the top because the seal has broken somehow. You can use duct tape to make a temporary seal and when you have time get some sealant and reseal it. I had this problem and that's what I did.

What vehicle? Depending on use (e.g., daily driver work truck) go to a wreckers. If back of light is exposed to weather, it could be the seal between the socket and housing. Again, depends on the the make/model.

I did this on a 93 ford ranger that was collecting water in a headlight and blowing the bulbs. Worked like a charm.
ETA: I work in IT.

Instead of using a drill. Use a piece of coat hanger and a lighter. Heat it up red hot and it will slide a smooth hole through the housing.
Do a second hole up top so it can vent.

Your brakes are shot, and you need a new transmission.

Probably going to have to change your flasher too or the LEDs will make your turn signal flash erratically.

How old is the vehicle and how much longer are you going to keep it? If older vehicle, drill the holes, if newer and you will keep it a long time, you may want to think about replacing it (depending on cost).

The correct answer is buy a new vehicle
