Verizon Fios question....

I'm trying to cancel there service and I spent over 2 hours waiting to talk to someone before I hung up. Has anyone used there service and cancelled it? Did you have to go into the store? I'm assuming the store might be my best bet after my speaker phone was on for 2 hours waiting.

Took me about 15 minutes to cancel last month. Sure you called the right number? Complaining about it on their facebook or twitter will get you called ASAP.

ETA: You can also cancel or change stuff from the live chat on the website.
