Somehow testing of that magnitude in the middle of the ocean makes me wonder if we should even be doing that. Some many questions. Is that US Territorial waters, what’s the direct and indirect impact on the ecosystem and was it done to make a statement of some sort to China (or Russia, North Korea, etc)?
