Do you really think women are going to be ok with their husbands screwing whores?

No they won’t go down.

Divorce rates will go down when people return to God and take seriously the sacrament of marriage.

It’s that simple but people hate God so divorce will become normalized. Even more than it is already.

The black market continues to thrive. The enforcement has severely decreased.

Can you show your work on this?

“Evidence regarding the impact of marijuana legalization on overall mortality rates, including deaths from terminal diseases, is inconsistent and inconclusive. While some studies suggest potential benefits of medical marijuana in managing symptoms related to terminal illnesses like cancer, such as pain and nausea, it's crucial to understand that these benefits are often palliative and not curative.”

“ Evidence suggests that while some areas have seen a decrease in illicit cannabis activity following legalization, the situation is complex and not universally true. In some instances, the black market for marijuana has continued to thrive, even becoming more active in certain areas than in previous years.”

Is this because the marriage became stronger, or because men don't marry women just to secure regular opportunity... therefore, the marriages that do still occur are better suited to last?

You think people get divorced because prostitution is currently illegal?

Might have more to do with the dirty dick than the legislation.

Divorce rates would go way down if family courts weren't so favorable to women. Earn your keep, keep what you earn.

Well obviously the husband needs to not advertise his love of whores. The idea is, if husbands can get his freak on with a whore, then he won’t run off with a new woman. He’ll stay with his fat prudish wife who won’t do anal bc he is satisfied elsewhere.

No, they will not.
In our day and time, between 70% and 80% of divorces are initiated by wives, and I don't know the percentage but for arbitrary argument let's say that half are due to something the husband does. That leaves HALF for "he's boring..." "WEEEEEEEEEEEEE 'grew apart'..." and other similar bullshite.

If even HALF of the divorces are what appear to be frivolous, selfish reasons, legalizing prostitution only gives women another excuse to leave.

If it has any effect, there was never an actual marriage involved.

Marriages will plummet. Co-habitation will too. Buying the cow and all.

I am not a pride but I would sign my husband up for a season pass.

I disagree.

There’s enough evidence of mostly positive effects, including STDs, divorce rates, and broken homes since legalization. Look at Austria and Germany. Lower STDs because the industry is regulated with regular testing just like buying booze vs moonshine during prohibition. Or more recently, buying weed and getting something laced with fentanyl.

As for divorce rates, it seems like men hurry to get married before they get older because of several things, like parental pressure/expectations and let’s all be honest here, a regularly available supply of sex on demand from someone you at least once found attractive, especially as you get older.

Most marriages don’t last because the attraction inevitably goes away for most marriages, and that is the point here. If you commercialize that industry, there’s less demand for dating for men not seriously interested.

Women (who have a natural instinct to have kids which requires marriage for support) become less selective because men can skip the fuss and go straight to the source for relief instead of betting on their life earnings on something that is statistically not likely to work out in the heat of the honeymoon period.

So things actually become more balanced in the sense that people who are actually interested in getting married and having kids are the ones more likely to have long life marriages because they want more than sex, whether they confuse those urges with something else or not.
