OP wants the corona so bad you can taste it.

He won’t get tested and wil LEGO around saying he had it and offering advice and fielding sympathy.

Don't worry, you already caught it during your panic buying.

Last night and today were actually the worst yet for this thing. Another one of my colleagues I was with tested positive this morning and waiting for two others to get their results back. So far two people I was with at conference tested positive and the bartender in Utah also tested positive.

Today is my last day of medication so trying to get refills from my PCP or something to help me feel better.

Really hoping to find a better combo of medicine to take so I feel better because I can’t go through another night/day like today. Don’t feel bad enough to go to hospital yet but If conditions worsen then I’m heading to the ER.

What medications were you taking? Are you still running fever? Short of breath?

Praying for your recovery.

Prednisone, Tamiflu, Albuterol sulfate

Yess to shortness of breath and tightness in chest. Still no fever just running around 98.9.

I am NOT A PHYSICIAN and have no medical background, but I thought steroids weren’t good for covid treatment?

I read that they suppress immunity and that can’t be good for the viral pneumonia associated with it. NOT TRYING TO CAUSE ALARM! And someone else with a medical background may be able to chime in and say that I’m wrong. Again, I sure hope you recover soon

Thank you I just spoke with my PCP and he said Urgent Care screwed up and should not have prescribed prednisone and told me to get off immediately as it’s masking my fever. Also stopped the Tamiflu.

New health care is mainly OTC with plenty of sugar free Gatorade, Tylenol cold & flu gel caps every four hours, drip drop/liquid IV, Vick’s rub, and mixture of Tylenol/ibuprofen

Really fricking pissed at Oschner because what these idiots gave me has made me much worse.

Update #3 I have now confirmed exposure to someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus. Oschner only testing elderly patients who are in compromised health now as they didn't order enough tests. So even if I flew back from Wuhan today Oschner would not give me a test to check for the virus. This is not a problem in other states just Louisiana.

Unreal we are so freaking bad at this and so many other things. Jesus Christ.

Won’t be a long post but today has been the worst day yet. Temp spiked to 102 this morning but has come down to 99.3. I feel like this thing has been kicking my arse everyone is checking in on me but I’m so physically tired I just want to sleep.

Good new is chest tightness is starting to subside. No more updates from me today I’ll try my best to give one tomorrow if I don’t go to hospital first.

Tamiflu? This seems stupid. It weakens the immune system before "possibly" helping.
