UK woman (WYHI?) catches her dog after it jumps out of a second story window.

A woman is talking to some nonchalant guy (some contractor apparently) when she sees her dog open the upstairs window and jump out. She runs over and catches the dog. Dog was a six year old Border Collie, and it was uninjured.
The girl has a nice British accent too.
Someone needs to make a GIF about the guy standing there doing nothing.
