Are those policemen or security guards being manhandled by those civilians?

Those officers showed alot more restraint than i would have had. They were getting punched in the face, idk if that qualifies for leathal force or not but at the very least they would have recieved a few well placed baton hits to the knees, shins and hands. Those hands would not have been capable of punching
