Someone created a fake LeBron James account and tweeted asking for a trade from the Lakers and the post went viral.
It took Twitter 26 minutes to catch it and take it down.
Now just waiting for someone to impersonate the Fed, gets a blue check, tweets about a rate hike, goes viral for 20mins, moves markets before being suspended.

yes its true, you can do this once, but only once, and then you are banned from twitter forever.
once that second part sinks into their reality challenged minds, there will be no more frickery like that going on.
they use your IP address and other means or electronic source ID, so its not about the name you use, when you get banned you arent getting back on by just starting a new account with a new name
