It always amuses me that cops are allowed to be that obviously out of shape and still be in the field.

At the very beginning you can hear the cop mentioning something along the lines of either being arrested or warning the lady that any other incident would result in an arrest. There was another incident and she attempted to flee from arrest.
I'm fine with the lighting being delivered for such assholery. She was warned there would be consequences yet she chose to show her arse anyway.
She got what she deserved.

It doesn't amuse me because I'm a law enforcement officer. Those types are damned near useless. But, between the union and civil service protection, good luck cleaning these loads out of the ranks.
