She’s arrested, but what happens to the TSA people?

TSA tends to suck at their jobs. I've accidentally gotten multiple knives through when I used to hike a lot.

Raises and bigger taxpayer pensions. What happens to all govt employees.

Multiple security checkpoints.. you ever been to an airport before?
A correct title would be TSA allowed an unticketed passenger through the one security checkpoint and Delta allowed the unticketed passenger to board the plane.

I remember one time they literally started combing through every card in my wallet. It was insane and incredibly invasive.
Yet someone is strutting through airport security with no problems haha

I would love to know how this is remotely possible….
Getting past TSA is easy. You just need a boarding pass for some other flight. Unless, of course, you have somehow gained access to an airport employee badge to go into the secured area.
That’s easy enough. But….
I have flown on hundreds- I don’t think thousands- but for the first 17 years of my career, I was a suitcase warrior on international flights- on every continent that commercial airlines service.
The gate agent is going to check the boarding pass and ensure you have a valid passport WITH proper visa. This is checked again by a flight attendant.
The fines are MASSIVE for an airline to allow someone without the proper visa to depart.
I was once checked 7 times before being allowed to leave Cameroon for Paris. It took over 5 hours to get from the ticket counter to the plane- and that’s in a shithole. Even they don’t screw it up.
This person must have gained access via some plane side service- i.e. catering and stayed aboard.
It’s impossible for Delta to have screwed this up.

TSA sucks. Me and another Marine buddy were able to get through their security with mock plastics explosives and det cord in Baton Rouge. The manager, who had us test his security, made us go back through the line after we reached our gate.
A little quick wit explaining the random items in my bag and they sent me on my way. If it were real, the two of us could have blown a plane up. Of course they “caught” us after we went through a second time and were given a heads up. The shitty thing is they were told ahead of time they were being tested and still failed initially.

I flew Knoxville to Houston two weekends ago and TSA never asked for a boarding pass. They scanned my ID so maybe it cross referenced airline ticketing quickly and gave me the green light?
Houston back to Knoxville they scanned my ID and boarding pass.

This summer I waited 20 minutes for them to inspect a pair of dress shoes in Colorado. I have no idea what saw or sparked their interest. Just plain leather $100 Johnston and Murphys.

Yeah that’s how they do it now. Every airport is different, I’ve noticed. Most just want your ID but some do both. Again, TSA sucks.

TSA is a useless waste of time and money?

They barely look
My guess is if you have anything resembling a ticket pulled up that is good enough
TSA agents dont give a single frick

Maybe DOGE will get rid of the TSA and replace it.

Good thing she didn’t have a large amount of cash on her. She wouldn’t have made it out of the parking garage.

TSA at some airports can be a clusterfrick. Especially if a family is crowding around the agent. I think someone could slip around in those scenarios and get by.
The airplane would be a little tougher, but again, with a little luck you could probably get "lost" in traffic during boarding and possibly get by.
