I admitted the opposite last week during the Super Bowl refusing to ride in an Uber where the driver said he was “just following orders.” Maybe months ago I did this, but not recently.

Yes I watched. I also understand context exists outside of a 40 second video on Twitter. Did you know days worth of warnings to disperse were given? Did you know protestors had thrown a bicycle at police/horses? I think the great interest with Canada lies with the fact that it's happening in our back yard now, with a population that often intertwines and mingles with ours, and often mirrors our own. In other words, this just became 'real' for a lot of people who saw it happening on the other side of the globe or hemisphere now that it's in our backyard.
It's not a stretch to imagine the American government freezing assets of those they deem "domestic terrorists" but are simply just people that oppose their tyranny. It's already happening on a smaller scale when it comes to censorship and cancel culture.
There's a reason what's happening in Canada is capturing the attention of so many Americans, because they're now realizing just how close we are to this same thing happening here both geographically and idealistically.

You don't know the rules of the board? If a video shows something that justifies views you have you don't question it because it is proof you are right.
If there is a video that doesn't fit your views or goes against your views then you get to find every reason possible why that video isn't legit.
