The Tropical Moisture near Mexico has me concerned for when it makes it into the lower portion of the GOM. It seems the Center portion of the Gulf Coast will be in the cone of the uncertainty sooner than later in early June. Getting gas, getting a weeks' worth of food, checking the generator and got my boat ready for this storm.

Gulf coast seaweed will stop any hurricane surge.

Everyone near the GOM should be doing this every summer as a basic habit so good for you, eager beaver.

Both the euro and gfs are spinning up a depression/weak storm around the 3rd/4th that heads toward south Florida

Nothing to worry about

Not Duke, or the other couple posters that keep us informed, not even concerned.

This is a Florida problem, and not much of one outside of some heavy rainfall potential.

Might get to use Alex as a name, but itll be a disorganized rain maker.

Everything I've seen puts it as a TD or TS off the FL keys then shooting off into the Atlantic.
