Am I reading this correctly that the prediction around here for a delta from normal temperature is about 3 C? Or about 5 degrees F?
Doesn't sound that bad for here.

I know this is all out in fantasy land, but just curious:
Is that all happening on the 27th? I swore yesterday that the models showed the bulk of the cold coming in a couple days before Christmas. That last graphic is a couple of days after. Are we seeing things pushed back? That’s always a sign that it may not happen. Or is it just accumulated through that date and could be happening before?

All of that accumulation in the 12z GFS crack run happens on December 22nd. And none of it is snow expect in extreme northern Louisiana. All of that accumulation is freezing rain.
