If someone decides they want to die but their religious beliefs say they’ll go to hell if they kill their self then they may create a situation to allow others to do the dirty work. I don’t know about this situation but I’m pretty confident thinking it has happened.
He did not try to escape and escalated the situation to accomplish his goal.

Good shoot obviously. But how fricking stupid were those cops driving? They are lucky he didn’t actually try to drive away. They had umpteen chances to block his car in so he couldn’t drive it and injure anybody, but they didn’t.

I believe it’s game on when a fleeing suspect hits a cop car. Should be automatic lethal force to protect the innocents.
